Configure, validate and maintain US Marketing incentive programs in Redemption systems.
Stakeholders management; understanding of the different programs, reporting and progress updates.
Reasonability analysis of Incentives calculations.
Support business with ad hoc projects as necessary.
System changes and tools testing.
Business Administration or Public Accountant advanced students. At least 2 years of experience in similar positions at Shared Services Centers, Big fours or Multinational Companies. Fluency in English.
