Main responsibilities and tasks



" Plan, manage and execute offload activities

" Plan, manage and execute all warehouse activities (inbound & outbound) with warehouse operator/owner

" Repacking and labelling of bags and drums as required

" Execute sampling as required

" Manage documentation need for all activities according to rules and regulations

" Ensure inventory control

" Perform necessary transactions in our ERP system

" Actively support implementation of WMS system and other relevant tools

Skills and abilities

" Practical Experience from both Warehouse and Offload operations

" Be proactive, hard working and solution oriented

" Ability to document both using ERP and other automated or manual systems.

" Experience working with and establish Standard operations procedures (SOP) with internal and external stakeholders

" Experience working with Quality management systems (QMS)

" Be a team player and manage good working relation with both external and internal customer

" Ability to maneuver and communicate well with local stakeholders important to our business

" Detailed focused, but with the ability to see the bigger picture

" Fluent in English

Education



" Minimum bachelor in Administration, Supply Chain, etc. Lack of formal education might be compensated with several years of practical experience from either logistics operations in port and/or warehouse operations



Years of experience

Minimum 5 - 10 years experience from warehouse, logistic or manufacturing operations.



IT skills

Experience from using ERP and WMS system.

Office and other IT tools.

Above average in use of Excel Spreadsheet



Other

International experience is a plus
