Represents Syngenta in different events to attract talent.
Focal point on employer brand issues.
Proactivity in the identification of candidates for LAN and LAS.
Maintains a close relationship with the business areas in order to proactively work on business demands.
Demonstrates continuous improvement in process and service.
Complies with Syngenta´s standards, procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
Updates and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation.
Responds to information requests by recruitment strategies.
Responsible for compliance with Service delivery metrics (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs).
Graduated on Psychology, Administration or any other similar area.
At least 8 years of previous experience in Recruitment operations at Shared Service Centers or Multinational Companies.
Knowledge on recruitment operations regarding local countries (from LAS and LAN).
Previous experience on managing recruitment programs and managing proactive recruitment.
Knowledge on managing relationships with ONGs, universities and strategic institutes.
Previous experience on sourcing, talent mapping and generating Talent pools.
Advance Level of English. Knowledges of Portuguese is a plus.
Experience with TALEO.
