Responsible for Recruitment processes in LAN and LAS, leading a regional team (LAS/LAN).
Responsible for responding to and resolving client cases seeking first time quality following standard processes and tools
Manages work quality through self-audit for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work.
Proactivity in the identification of candidates for LAN and LAS.
Engage in issue resolution procedures and follow escalation processes.
Demonstrates continuous improvement in process and service.
Complies with Syngenta?s standards, procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
Updates and maintains various systems/tools per standard process documentation.
Responds to information requests by recruitment strategies.
Responsible for compliance with Service delivery metrics (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs).
Graduated on Psychology, Administration or any other similar area.
At least 8 years of previous experience in Recruitment operations at Shared Service Centers or Multinational Companies.
Knowledge on recruitment operations regarding local countries (from LAS and LAN).
Knowledge on Agro business market.
Previous experience on managing executive and senior positions.
Advance Level of English. Knowledges of Portuguese is a plus.
Experience with TALEO.
