Main responsabilities:
Ensures all Recruitment processes assigned are delivered accordingly, (hands on work) reporting to the Recruitment Lead.
Performs end to end recruitment process for different position levels, areas and LAS/LAN countries.
Tracks process steps ensuring the process quality and adequate Service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensures payment process to external recruitment providers.
Responsible for responding to and resolving client cases seeking first time quality following standard processes and tools.
Manages work quality through self-audit for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work.
Demonstrates continuous improvement in process and service.
Complies with Syngenta's standards, procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
Updates and maintains various systems/tools per standard process documentation.
Funciones
Requirements:
Graduated on Administration, HR or Psychology.
Previous experience of 4 to 5 years in Recruitment at Shared Service Centers or Multinational Companies.
Knowledge of End to end recruitment operations regarding local countries (from LAS and LAN).
Advance Level of English. Knowledges of Portuguese is a plus.
Experience with TALEO.
