Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations, Business Administration or other technology specific field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar positions. Experience in data management and system issue resolution. Fluency in English. Workday system knowledge and involved in transition set up is a plus.
Responsible for support related activities to manage all HR Systems in Scope under HR Solutions and Systems team. This team is the first level of support to resolve all queries, incidents, Service requests and work closely with the specialist team members to service the clients in the best possible way. It is also important to follow quality principles defined for the team and ensure that resolution is given.
