Minimum 3-5 years of strong working experience in Ariba Procure to Pay.
Responsible for Ariba Support / Service team management.
Fluency in English.
Team Leadership experience.
Providing Ariba Procurement support in Montevideo for the Americas region, managing a small regional team, working on various aspects of Ariba Procurement platform. Responsible for Scoping /sizing, designing and implementing the new Ariba cloud based support / service model.
Lead the team comprising of procurement desk support across Ariba buying channels, Ariba Administration support and supplier enablement & on boarding resources. Define, implement, monitor & execute agreed KPI s.
Design and generate performance reports in close alignment with regional manager and global leadership.
Work closely with Regional Ariba Operations Manager to understand regional requirements and lead implementation in Ariba. Act as regional Ariba Procurement SME for future releases and small changes.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities, align with Regional & Global function for implementation.
