The Creative Director will be the leading position for the Creative, Graphic and Digital teams at the Studio in Montevideo, Uruguay. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading his team from conception of an idea to the final production of diverse communication projects.
The daily work of the Creative Director has a strong strategic component, needs to understand the Clients needs, translate them into solutions and ensure a flawless implementation by his team.
Considering that focus is on prescription medications and also the fact that the main work is for the largest markets in the world, the Creative Director will be challenged to find alternative communication solutions, push the limits of innovation and keep surprising a portfolio of very demanding Clients.
We want to incorporate a LEADER. Someone who can understand the client´s needs and translate them into projects with a strong strategic focus. A person who is able to assemble teams, motivate them, be a model of creativity, problem solving and proactivity. Someone who can be part of the front line team, who is able to listen to the client but also able to seduce them with his/her ideas.
The Candidate should also be equipped with: Positive Leadership, Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Good Presentation Skills and Fluent English.
