Ensure all Payroll and Compensation and Benefits processes are delivered accordingly, including hands on work (such as payroll accounting, reconciliation, payroll sign off, track benefits payments etc).
Responsible for responding to and resolving client cases seeking first time quality following standard processes and tools.
Manages work quality through self-audit for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work.
Execute to standard processes and take recommended actions to achieve metrics.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team including plans, priorities, and work assignments to team members against key SLAs ensuring performance standards are known and owned by the whole team Serves as the first point of escalation for issues and determines the appropriate course of action for escalated issues.
Directs quality assurance activities to monitor and improve proficiency, productivity, and work quality of all direct reports.
Lead continuous improvement within service delivery in conjunction, partnering with the Service Managers to prioritize focus areas. Embed a culture of continuous improvement within the team through focusing and rewarding the right behaviors Ensure to keep the knowledge base tool up to date related to Payroll and Compensation and Benefits.
Actively partner with the Service and Operation Managers to ensure the key relationships with HR teams are being managed proactively. Stay informed on global & local policies and local regulations to ensure advice and administration is appropriately actioned.
Actively partner with the Service Delivery Managers to support vendor management.
Ensure the Service Delivery Model is properly embedded and leveraged, processes are adhered to
