Duties

This list is representative, but not exhaustive and should be considered a guide to successful execution:

• Uses programming languages to code computer instructions from the systems documentation. Utilizes any special programming techniques necessary to achieve the most effective program.
• Tests and debugs survey logic.
• Works with user departments to resolve specific problems and recommend changes and solutions.
• Has a complete understanding of operational tools and uses them to analyze, test and certify data results.
• Writes and maintains documentation to describe testing, changes, corrections and solutions.
• Works with other departments and agencies to assure quality data throughout company products.

• Required:
• Strong analytical skills and good understanding ofquality assurance in the products lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of Quality Analysis & troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and execute tasks to meet project deadline.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with MS Excel

• Preferred:
• Excellent knowledge of MYSQL
• A good understanding of relational database design and writing optimized SQL queries, triggers and stored procedures.
• Demonstrates a good understanding of quality processes and the ability to produce high quality solutions
• Audit experience in data
• Strong customer service skills in working with users.

Education and/or Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the quality assurance role and/or degree/certification in Information Technology with a focus on quality.

Other Skills and Abilities

Data analysis skills and would be favorable. Professionalism, accuracy and timeliness are very important to this position, as well as being able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
