Key responsibilities:

· To lead the WHS team (aprox 15 team members on two shifts) in order to meet and exceed
customer expectation at lowest cost (for both local and international customers).
· Ensure customer concentrate order accuracy, planning and transportation objectives to meet
supply chain demand.
· Manages the receiving and warehousing processes for Colonia plant
· Ensure efficient controls are placed and working to control the inventory at Colonia plant
· Leads finished goods outbound process ensuring compliance with company, local government
and customers regulations, procedures and agreements at the best cost.
· Financial responsibility for Logistics operational budget.
· Complies with company defined strategy and KPIs to ensure sustained growth.
· Function as a SME/Super-user for SAP WHS tools and functionalities.
· Leads compliance of the warehouse team with EHS, Quality, Food Safety and Process
Excellence programs procedures, norms and regulations in order to provide safety and
sustainable working environment and a 6 sigma quality level including
· Responsible of generating and sustaining a world class work environment within the
warehouse team, ensuring action plans implementation based on several organizational
health and manager quality periodic surveys.
· Leads the continuous developing of the warehouse personnel through identifying the right
talent for each task, defining training plans and providing on time, actionable feedback to
endure their best performance and personal growth.

Experience and competencies required:

· Bachelor’s degree (Logistics/Business/Engineering/Food-Science/Finance)
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing in Supply Chain functions as Demand
Management/Planning/Inventory Management and/or strategic sourcing (Mfg. environment)
· SAP knowledge (preferred)
· Knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma concepts and methodologies
· Very Good written and verbal skills (Spanish & English)
· Successful implementation of cost reduction and process optimization initiatives to exacting
parameters.
· Excellent supervisory, interpersonal written and verbal communicational skills.
· Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with ability to manage and develop supplier
relationships
· Ability to manage multiple complex tasks to completion
· Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
