Key Accountabilities:
• Project Management: Lead project management process regarding new solutions implemented, for local and technology projects.
• Execute IT Local Strategy Plan together with the BIS Lead and giving the support required
• Lead Productivity Projects & support BIS productivity projects
• Plan and coordinate the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for business operations.
• Ensures Service Delivery and Service Support processes and tools are implemented correctly at all levels for multiple ITIL disciplines.
• Critical and Important local application and services monitoring.
• Manage OPEX / CAPEX Budgets together with the BIS area lead.
• Maintain the organization’s software & infrastructure through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of local technical team.
• Works in compliance with company policies, procedures, values and principles.

Experience and competencies required:
• University Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences
• Bilingual – Spanish / English excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Minimum 5 years leadership role managing IT resources
• Project Management – PMI Methodology Skills (PMP)
• IT Governance and Infrastructure Knowledge
• Strong hands on PM Resources Skills and experience (Schedule, Budget, Personnel, etc.)
• Virtual server Mgmt. tools, i.e. VMware Knowledge & Fundamentals
• Network, EUC and Systems Administration
• Understanding existing and emerging technologies in Plant Automation and IT areas.
